  1. How long are shipping times?

 

Local Orders:

2-10 business days. When your order is shipped you will receive a notification e-mail containing a tracking number. You can track your order in our "Track Your Order" page. If you do not see an e-mail, please contact info@weavesandlooms.com and we would be glad to help.

Global Orders: 

Your products will ship within 5-7 days of your order, and then take up to 2-5 weeks to reach your doorstep. Tracking number may not be available but we will provide you with the shipment status every now and then.

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

 

We regret that we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once they have been transmitted to our fulfillment center.

 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@weavesandlooms.com

 

  1. Will the pillow cover comes with an insert?

 

Inserts are not included. Each pillow cover is individually made and finished with convenient zipper so you can slip the cover over your existing pillow insert.
